This ultra-custom office space with a residential unit above was designed to maximize its value in the south of market location. The existing structure had unreinforced masonry and was previously a simple commercial unit. Our work included full-foundation seismic and the addition of an independently supported new third floor with a roof deck to completely modernize and make use of all the space available. Industrial and natural materialized were creatively used to outfit the building providing character and visual interest.
