This project was a complete rebuild and expansion of an existing “Georgian Revival’ single-family home. The extensive reconstruction included a vertical and horizontal addition, new foundation, and all-new structure while restoring the historically significant façade. Bringing in craftsmen and artisans was key to obtaining the quality and details required by such a historic property. The new residence created several levels of modern, open living spaces and brilliantly highlights the unmatched views of the city.
