The approval process is currently underway for this innovative lifestyle resort and residential community located in La Quinta, California. It will feature a mix of resort villas, homes, and a hotel that together evoke a laid-back beachside feel.

One of the most impressive features of the resort is a state-of-the-art wave basin designed by the Kelly Slater Wave Company. The massive plunging wave pool will be a watersport oasis in the middle of the desert- allowing surfers of every ability to catch perfect waves of up to 600 yds. In addition to surfing, other water activities such as stand-up paddle boarding and swimming will be available at the facility. For those who prefer land activities the area is ideal for mountain-biking and rock-climbing.
